These Terms of Use outline the rights and obligations related to the use of the GetMyHive service.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By using the application or web services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

GetMyHive is a security platform exclusively designed for women.

2. Creating an Account

To create an account:

  • •Providing accurate identification information
  • •Complete the face and document verification steps.
  • •Proving that you are a female user

⚠️ Accounts that provide false information, attempt to create male profiles, or manipulate the system will be permanently closed immediately.

3. Using the Platform

3.1. Prohibited Uses

The following behaviors are prohibited:

🚫Opening an account on behalf of someone else
🚫Impersonation of female identity through deceptive behavior
🚫Using the platform for harassment, stalking, or malicious purposes.
🚫Exploiting system vulnerabilities
🚫Attempting to copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the software.

3.2. Security Warnings

GetMyHive is a supportive security system.

In emergencies, the use of the platform does not replace contacting official law enforcement agencies.

4. Services

4.1. BeeNetwork

Users can be seen by nearby women in case of an emergency. This visibility is entirely managed by the user's privacy settings.

4.2. HiveTag Hardware

HiveTag is an optional security layer. It is not mandatory.

Triggers made through HiveTag are activated when they match your application.

4.3. Digital Identity Card

Users can share the information they desire and withdraw it at any time.

5. Pricing

GetMyHive is based on a subscription model.

  • •Fees are visible within the app.
  • •Plans can be changed.
  • •Corporate packages are priced separately.

6. Account Closure

User's:

× Violation of the rules
× Providing false information
× Determination of not being a woman

In such a case, the GetMyHive account may be permanently closed.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetMyHive:

  • •From the user's own behaviors
  • •From the actions of third parties
  • •Device issues
  • •From the internet connection

cannot be held responsible. The platform is designed to enhance security; does not provide an absolute security guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, HiveTag hardware, BeeNetwork infrastructure, and the GetMyHive brand are entirely the intellectual property of the development team.

Cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.

📋 Patent Pending

The GetMyHive application, the BeeNetwork solidarity network, digital identity sharing technology, the Radar module, and the HiveTag wearable hardware layer. is currently under patent application process (Patent Pending).

The architecture, algorithms, and technical content of these structures are proprietary and cannot be copied, reproduced, or reverse-engineered by users.

9. Support from Yeditepe University

GetMyHive is an independent project.

Yeditepe University provides academic support to the project team; it is not the owner of the platform.

10. Dispute and Law

In disputes: The law of the Republic of Turkey is applicable.
Competent court: Istanbul
